When do tickets go on sale?

GA Tickets will go on sale on July 25, 2026 at 4:00 PM CEST. Add Ons at 5:00 PM CEST.
 
Do I need a General Admission (GA) ticket to purchase VIP or Add-On Packages?

All VIP Packages and Add-On Events require a valid General Admission ticket for the same show. The order of purchase however does not matter. Any VIP or Add-On purchase without a valid GA ticket may be deemed invalid.

Can I attend only the VIP event without a concert ticket?

No. Participation in any VIP or Add-On Event requires a valid concert ticket for the corresponding city.

Can I purchase multiple GA, VIP or Add-On Packages?

Yes, you can buy a maximum of (4) VIP and (4) GA Tickets. Please note that the maximum amount of 1:1 Photos and Polaroids is (5) per member per city.

What payment methods are accepted?
Accepted payment methods depend on the ticketing provider and will be displayed during checkout. For the benefits on Weeztix,- iDeal, PayPal, Creditcard, Apple Pay, Google Wallet are available for payment.

Are tickets refundable?

All ticket sales are non refundable. Please refer to the ticketing provider’s terms and conditions for details.

FAN EVENT UPGRADES

What is a Fan Chat?

Fan Chat is a seated interaction event where fans and members sit across from each other and have a brief conversation while getting the provided tour poster or an official POW album signed before rotating to the next member.

Please note:​

• Only the provided tour poster and official albums may be signed - signing or drawing on photo cards, post-it notes, or other items is not permitted

• Handing over Letters to the Artist is allowed

• Handing over gifts, props, or other items is not permitted

• Interaction time with each member is limited and monitored by event staff

What is a Send Off Event?

Send Off is a standing event where fans have the chance to have a little goodbye chat with all members. It is not a seated interaction event.

Please note:​

•  Please remain respectful at all times and listen to staff instructions

• Inappropriate requests or physical contact are strictly prohibited

• Staff reserve the right to end any interaction that violates event rules or disrupts the event experience

• Fan Letters can be handed to the Artist during the event

• Handing over gifts, props, or other items is not permitted

• Photography, video recording, audio recording, Live Photos, and screen recording are permitted

What is 1:1 Photo Time?

1:1 Photo Time allows you to take an individual photo with your selected member using your own phone. Photos are taken by our staff.

RULES​​

During the event, the following are strictly prohibited:

• During the event, selfies and any form of photography using personal devices are prohibited, except for the device used by staff for the official 1:1 Photo Event

• Any form of inappropriate physical contact with the artist

• Requesting or performing poses outside of the official pose selection

• Using filters, effects, or camera settings that may delay the event flow

• Using props, accessories, signs, plushies, or other items during the photo session

• Requesting a photo of the artist alone - all photos must include the ticket holder and the artist`

What is a 1:1 Polaroid Event?​

The Polaroid Event allows you to have a unique instant Polaroid photo together with your selected member taken by our staff. The physical Polaroid will be handed to you after the photo has been taken.

RULES

During the event, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Selfies and any form of photography using personal devices, except for your phone used by staff during the official 1:1 Photo Event

• Recording videos, audio, screen recordings, or Live Photos

• Any form of inappropriate physical contact with the artist

• Requesting or performing poses outside of the official pose selection

• Using filters, effects, or camera settings that may delay the event flow

• Using props, accessories, signs, plushies, or other items during the photo session

• Requesting a photo of the artist alone - all photos must include the ticket holder and the artist

​How many 1:1 Photo/Polaroid Time tickets can I purchase?

You may purchase up to five (5) Photo Tickets per member, per city.​

Are VIP Packages numbered?

Yes. VALENTINE, FAVORITE and DAZZLING VIP Package are assigned a queue number during the purchase.

​

Your VIP queue number will be sent to you by your ticketing vendor via email 3 days before your concert date. Please remember to check your inbox as well as your spam/junk folder.

If you would like to receive your queue number earlier, you can request it by sending us a direct message on our social media channels or by emailing info@qu-entertainment.com. Please include your order number and concert city in your request.
